USF Home Church 4/26/09

We went through Colossians 1 and did an exercise filling out “words to describe our emotional life” and “the top 3 priorities of your life.”  We then compared our emotional life/priorities to Apostle Paul’s emotional life and his priorities and saw how many of us would trade our emotions for Apostle Paul’s.  We learned Apostle Paul’s life was truly a “worthy life” as he was a servant of God and this resulted in his dominant emotions being rejoicing, giving thanks, and being hopeful.

Afterwards, we had a delicious fish taco lunch and went out to play volleyball and frisbee in the beautiful weather, joining SF State’s Home Church.
